The Gila Bend

In the last 2 days I have walked 9.65 miles.  On the route map from San Diego to Washington D.C., that puts me right where the arrow is pointing, which is on the inside of the big bend in the Gila River...which is where "Gila Bend" gets it's name.  Here's a history of Gila Bend.
